Edith Reeve: Our Chair
As Chair, Edith plays an important role in guiding The Nest's environmental mission. Having previously founded The Cut Back CIC and generation Climate Action (a national lottery funded youth climate action group) and as a representative for Surfers Against Sewage, she understands the value of grassroots action and community collaboration.
Edith is also Neurodivergent and our EDI officer at The Nest, helping to shape a space where everyone feels welcome and included.

She's also a respected local Borough Councillor and Chairwoman of the Council Climate Scrutiny Committee, ensuring our work is rooted in effective community action. Bernadette is also a Trustee for Guisborough Arts, believing that the arts, culture and environmentalism is important for all of our continuing education, she has also started the Nest eco book club on FB.
