We have spent the last month on writing a funding bid for The National Lottery Community Fund. If we are successful we will have enough money to run a program of events for the next twelve months....keep your fingers crossed for us!!
It is incredibly hard setting up a new organisation and finding the funds to keep it going. Thankfully between our team we have a lot of experience behind us, lots of previously successful funding bids and lots of incredible support from our amazing community! You have all told us what you want from us, what you are worried about, what is missing from our town and what ideas you all have for The Nest. As a grassroots organisation we are nothing without our community, so thank you!
